You’ve done the hard part and put together a team, but now what?

We’re here to help! Below you will find all the resources, links, and contacts you’ll need to manage your team throughout the season. If you have any questions that aren’t covered below, just email us at sports@cvillesocial.com!

 

If you will be unable to field a team for a game, you MUST notify C’Ville Social by emailing forfeit@cvillesocial.com at least 6 hours prior to the game. Failure to do so may result in a fine that must be paid prior to your next game.

Entering Scores

If you are the winning captain, please enter your game score as soon as possible after the game. From your Dashboard, click on the Team Name then click on the Report Score button to enter the game score. Please enter both team scores, then click Submit.
If you are in need of a few players for your team, you can review the Free Agent Players List. These players have just indicated their interest in playing for an established team, and have not paid or registered with us–you will be responsible for handling those details with them just like with your existing players.

Also, before the season begins you can email sports@cvillesocial.com for a general request–we may be able to give you free agents that already registered.
